I've been trying to figure out what to do for my 35th birthday this year (as opposed to all the other years I have 35th birthdays) and I've finally decided it's been too long since I've thrown a luau. So break out your loudest Hawaiian shirt and your smallest bikini, and come throw back some mai tais and throw out your back doing the hula. If you get me drunk enough I might even demonstrate the Hukilau Hula I learned on my last trip to Hawaii.

Save the date -- Sunday, October 3, some time in the afternoon, presumably at my house (except I haven't mentioned this to my roommate yet).

OK, Why is it that no one in Theater@First look their age? I'm constantly blown away when people tell me they're 35 - or 40! I'm like - you all look like you're in your 20s! What's up with that?

Is Theater@First it's own youth serum? Man - forget the fact that it's fun - and great company and all that - I'm sticking around for the age-be-gone effects! :)

Yeah, I know, it's actually rather annoying. Although I've pretty much stopped being carded in the last year or so -- over a decade after becoming legal.
