I had never heard of him until he came up in conversation with lillibet the other day, but I could spent the rest of my life with a man who looked like that and had interesting things to say. And heck, he's even Jewish!

Yeah, he's cute, and I was terribly excited to have a Jewish character on Northern Exposure, but *boy* was he whiny. And none of his acting since then has done much to impress me. Sorry, Rob, but it's the cliff for you.

Oh, it was Steven Pinker! I love him. He's the rockstar of linguistics--he even has Robert Plant-type hair! I read his book, The Language Instinct, and its very good and very readable to the layperson. He's definitely a marry type.
