Oops -- somehow I never posted an old batch, and forgot the last two weeks. So here are a couple of batches.
74. Hope Was Here — Joan Bauer
75. Micah — Laurell K. Hamilton
76. Behaving Like Adults — Anna Maxted
77. Star Spangled Summer — Janet Lambert
78. Dreams of Glory — Janet Lambert
79. The Schwa Was Here — Neal Shusterman
80. The China Garden — Liz Berry
81. The Yokota Officer's Club — Sarah Bird
82. I, Coriander — Sally Gardner
Thanks for the recommendations,
ayelle; I really enjoyed both of them, although the endings of both books felt a little... rushed? forced? dunno, but not quite right, somehow.
86. The Summer of Us — Holly Chamberlin
87. The Thing About Jane Spring — Sharon Krum
I feel like there was a third one that week, but no clue what it was now.
88. Nanny McPhee: The Collected Tales of Nurse Matilda — Christianna Brand
89. Avalon High — Meg Cabot
Only two this week, but that's not bad between working a show Friday and Saturday night and going to ArtBeat Saturday afternoon. I was disappointed by the Nanny McPhee stories, although I'd still like to see the movie, but Avalon High was a good read; my YA-loving friends should check it out, if they haven't already.

I once meant to write a book with a very similar plot to Avalon High. I'll really have to see if she pulled it off where I simply failed. (Failed to start, technically...)
