If the new year continues as it began, I will be surrounded by food and friends and music and light. I'll also be tired but happy. Yep, sounds about right.
Best wishes for a happy, healthy, funfilled secular new year. May 2006 bring you many opportunities to laugh and play, much success, and contentment to your soul.
Glad you liked it! It's really easy. Heat up some milk -- hot, but don't let it boil. Take some good dark chocolate. I started with some Scharffen Berger, but the huge hunks of dark chocolate Ghirardelli from Trader Joe's seemed to work as well and were a lot cheaper. Take a knife to the chocolate, break it into small bits. Melt them in the chocolate and whisk it until the pieces are gone. No clue as to amounts; start small and add chocolate to taste, I'd say. You might want to add a little sugar (I used semifine for easier dissolving) and maybe a splash of vanilla. VoilĂ !
