Just got back from my first tap class. I missed the first class for Peter Gabriel last week, so considering my first tap experience I was pretty nervous. But she ended up going over everything that they had done last week, plus we didn't have to do anything with our arms, so I managed to pick it all up pretty quickly. I'm almost a little disappointed -- here I was finally trying to do something difficult for me, and it turns out it's not that hard after all -- but maybe that's part of the lesson, too. Anyway, it was really fun and felt good to be using my body for something. Boy, are my ankles tired, though!

I can't wait to see Gregorian and tell him I'm learning tap, too. A little depressing how much more he knows than me...
