OK, I've just got to say how much I'm loving Remember the Milk. It's a free web-based organizational tool. There's a gmail plug-in that lets me keep my to-do list on the side of my email screen (and hide it when I don't need it), which makes it much easier to scan for what I want to do that day. It can also work with Jott, so if I think of something when I'm out, I can just call and speak it into my cell phone. (I *could* twitter to it, too, but haven't really figured out a reason to do that yet.) I hope at some point I'll be able to sync it to my palm pilot, but there is an iPhone app for those of you with shiny toys. It's got lists and tags and lots of ways of organizing and filtering information, and as organized as I usually am, this is helping me to be even more so. Check it out!
