Had our final dress rehearsal last night, and it was the best run yet.  I haven't been entirely satisfied with my own performance until now, but last night something finally clicked into place and we did the show I've been wanting to do all along.  And from what I saw Monday night, the other casts are doing some fabulous work as well.  Had a lot of fun in the green room -- it always amazes me how T@F manages to consistently cast people who are not only fabulous actors, they're just plain fabulous people.  I don't know whether it's going to be more fun for us backstage or for the audience, watching the show.

One night off, and then tomorrow we get to do it for real, in front of a real live audience!  I hear that reservations are pouring in, so if you want to come see the show, it might not be a bad idea to make one yourself.

The rest of the show felt kind of low-energy to me, for several reasons (including the fact that the audience of crew & directors by this point has seen it so often that we weren't even laughing at all the jokes) -- and yet, even though it was (relatively) low-energy, it still totally kicked butt, which is reassuring. But I am SO PSYCHED about tomorrow night -- seeing you guys feed off the energy from a live audience that is GUARANTEED to be roaring with laughter for the entire show -- that I can hardly sit still!!!
