Come one, come all! We are looking for actors!
Theatre@First is holding open auditions next week for the
Third Annual Festival of One-Acts! The festival will be staged the weekends of July 15 and 22.
WHEN: Tuesday and Wednesday,
May 16 & 17, 7-9pm (or later)
- No appointment necessary.
- Auditions will consist of readings from the scripts (no monolologues required).
- Please come prepared to stay until the end if necessary.
- Callbacks May 18 if needed.
WHERE: First Congregational Church of Somerville, 89 College Ave
(Corner of Francesca Ave just a few blocks from the Davis Square T)
WHO: We are looking for a wide range of ages and types!
WHAT: A set of eight original one-act plays ranging from a woman falling in love with an elephant to a two-minute psychic with relationship issues.
WHY: Theatre@First's mission is to work together to provide a fun, friendly, and creative theater experience for cast, crew, and audience alike. We welcome volunteers at all levels of experience and offer a supportive environment in which to work, play, grow, and explore new areas of the theatre arts. We offer affordable and eclectic entertainment to the community, aiming to surprise, delight, entertain, and educate our audiences.
