As xiphias reminds me (and I'm quoting him liberally), we are now in the Ten Days of Repentance, the period of time between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur when we go into overdrive to try to repair any damaged relationships we have with each other.

I like to do this in person when possible, but there are lots of you out there that I probably won't see in the next week. If I've done anything in the past year to upset or hurt you in any way -- knowingly or not, trivial or otherwise -- I'd like to know about it, and do what I can to make it right.
