gilanaSo far my presents from my sister have turned out to be:
* a pair of amethyst and pearly earrings
* silly putty and a Play-Doh mini tool (pink, with a gorilla's head you can force hair out)
* glitter body gel and iridescent hair snaps
Have I mentioned how cool my sister is? I can't wait; three weeks from yesterday I will meet her and her family in an airport in Jamaica and continue on together for a week in Bonaire.* Warm beaches and cool mudslides, here I come!
Went to a fun Chanukah party last night where I stuffed myself on latkes and jelly donuts, got to sing Chanukah songs (there are more than four of them! Who knew?) and learned from![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
chanaleh that Ma'oz Tsur and Deck the Halls work shockingly well sung together. I do love this time of year.
