I've been showing off my fabulous Pill necklace, but this is one of those things that the more people have, the better! This is a necklace made of actual birth control pills. First of all, the website says they are inactive pills. But even if they weren't, they're pretty solidly embedded in plastic (or something like that) -- I don't think there's any way they could come out.
