Very interesting, and a good idea. The routes don't follow the actual tracks, though, just (more or less) point-to-point between stations, and this can produce some odd results. The leg from Porter to Davis, for instance, is actually on a gentle curve so as to align itself properly with the Davis platform (you'll notice there's no sharp curve coming in or going out of Davis in either direction.) Similarly, the plotting of the aboveground Orange Line route from Community College to Sullivan Square doesn't follow the actual right-of-way at all.

Still, it's a better job than what I could've done without a big-ass reference and some free time.
