I have to second
ayelle's recommendation of Adagio Teas. I bought two samples with the coupon she sent me, and they're very generous samples in lovely little tins. They send a nice instruction sheet with them, with info on water temperature and brewing times, but I was about to brew up my Wuhi Ensemble and realized I wasn't sure whether that counted as a dark or light oolong. So I went to the web site and tried to figure it out by the description, and failed. I was about to email them to ask when I noticed the "Chat with our tea expert" button. I clicked it, and was very quickly connected with a nice woman named Christine who promptly answered my question. Talk about great service!
If anyone wants a $5 gift certificate, let me know! They have lots of $2 samples, and their 4oz tins seem to generally be $5, so you can get some good tea for just the price of shipping.
