How to make LoudTwitter post to a filter

Since I know many people don't want to see the twitter posts, thought I'd post this info for LoudTwitter users.  Here's how to make LoudTwitter post to a filter on LJ, so you can filter out people who don't want to see those posts.

1. Set up email posting from your LJ.

2. Set loudtwitter to use email posting, using your PIN in the email address (more info)

3. In loudtwitter, on the "Change post time, formatting, etc " page, in the "text to add at the beginning of the post" section, add the following lines:

lj-security: name of the filter you want to post to
<lj-raw>

You can also add some other info, such as tags: more info here.
