What decade is this?

What decade is this?
OK, historians and costume geeks, can anyone help pinpoint the time period of this photo? My dad is trying to figure out what relative it might have been. Thanks!

1910's or early 19-teens, judging from the had and the very tailored "masculine" cut of the jacket. That's an outfit that might have been worn on the Titanic, if I'm not mistaken.

I concur! What we're NOT looking at is late 1800's, Victorian. I agree with the early 20th century. Looks like Suffragette wear, too, a bit.

Judging by the style of hat, I'm placing it @ 1909-1913. Both before and after hat styles were much, much different in shape.
